These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website victorydumpsters.com and the dumpster rental services provided by Victory Dumpster Rentals ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), located at 29970 Technology Dr, Suite 117, Murrieta, CA 92563. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Victory Dumpster Rentals provides roll-off dumpster rental services in the Temecula Valley and surrounding Southwest Riverside County areas. Services include delivery of a container to your specified location, a rental period, and pickup and disposal of materials upon completion.

Service availability, pricing, and delivery timelines are subject to current inventory and scheduling. Same-day delivery is offered but not guaranteed. We will communicate availability at the time of booking.

2. Booking and Payment

By submitting a quote request or verbally booking a dumpster, you agree to pay the quoted price for the service. Our pricing is inclusive of delivery, the standard rental period, pickup, and disposal — unless otherwise specified at the time of booking.

Extended rental periods beyond the standard term may incur additional daily or weekly charges, which will be communicated to you in advance.

3. Prohibited Materials

You agree not to place the following materials in our dumpsters:

• Hazardous waste, chemicals, solvents, or toxic materials
• Paint (liquid) and flammable materials
• Batteries (car batteries, lithium batteries)
• Tires
• Asbestos-containing materials
• Medical or biological waste
• Radioactive materials
• Appliances containing refrigerants (without proper refrigerant removal)
• Any material prohibited under California or federal law
• Concrete, dirt, or rock in standard containers (these require the 10-yard lowboy)

If prohibited materials are discovered in a container, you may be subject to additional disposal fees and held liable for any fines, cleanup costs, or penalties incurred by Victory Dumpster Rentals as a result.

4. Placement and Property Damage

You are responsible for designating a safe, legal, and accessible location for container placement. By directing placement, you accept responsibility for any surface damage to driveways, pavement, or landscaping that may result from the delivery or pickup process.

We take reasonable care during placement and pickup. We are not liable for normal wear or minor surface markings resulting from standard container delivery and retrieval. If you have concerns about a specific surface, notify us before delivery.

You are responsible for obtaining any required permits for placement on public property or rights-of-way.

5. Weight Limits and Overages

Each container size has an associated weight limit. If your materials exceed the weight limit at the time of pickup, additional overage fees may apply. We will notify you of any overage charges before processing payment.

Do not load containers beyond the fill line. Overfilled containers may be refused for pickup until materials are removed to the appropriate level.

6. Rental Period

The standard rental period begins on the day of delivery and ends on the agreed pickup date. Extensions are available by contacting us prior to the end of the rental period. Extended rental charges will apply.

We reserve the right to pick up the container after the agreed rental period if no extension has been arranged.

7. Access and Safety

You agree to ensure that the delivery location is accessible for our trucks at the time of delivery and pickup. Low-hanging wires, tight clearances, or obstructions should be communicated to us before scheduling.

You are responsible for the safety of the container and surrounding area during the rental period, including ensuring that no prohibited materials are loaded and that no unauthorized persons have access to the container.

8. Limitation of Liability

Victory Dumpster Rentals' liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Victory Dumpster Rentals, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, fines, or expenses arising from your use of our services, including violations of these Terms or applicable law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Riverside County, California.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
